As I read Ephesians 6:14-24, I am reminded that each day we venture out into the world and we must be ready to face those that doubt. With our armor, we are able to protect ourselves from sin. Each day you have your quiet time, ask God what He would have you do today. How can you help? The passage lists several pieces of Armor of God, from head to toe… this suit of armor gives you all you need to stand firm, resisting sin. I believe the suit of armor is applied each morning as you have your quiet time, simply that conversation you have with God, that personal relationship you develop, and it grows stronger each day.
